In accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Private Parties, R&G Espinosa International Adjusters makes the following privacy notice available to you.

The personal data that we collect from you will be used for the following purposes that are necessary for the service you are requesting
If you are our client, it will be used to carry out the Claims Management process; transmit the events that occurred as expressed by the Affected Party/Insured during a claim; and in general, to continue the attention and claims adjusting service for which R&G Espinosa International Adjusters was retained.
If you are, or in the process of becoming, our Supplier, it will be used for the commercial legal relationship with the responsible party, evaluate you and, if applicable, retain your services in the future as a supplier, and keep control of the contracted suppliers and their services for their subsequent registration and administration in systems, make bank transfers for the payment of the contracted services.
If you work in our organization or in a selection process, it will be used to comply with the obligations arising from the employment relationship when created, as well as for the administration of personnel; forming employee files, payroll, and administration; salaries and benefits, bonuses, reimbursements, pensions and others; document and control the allocation of computing and telephony assets; for response to internal and external audits; creation of work email accounts; preparation of the company's contact database; assign keys and passwords, assign work tools; ensure compliance with confidentiality and other employment obligations; verify personal and work references; contact their relatives, economic dependents and/or beneficiaries in case of emergency.
In addition, it is confirmed that your personal information will not be used for purposes other than those mentioned above.

- Information that enables to keep contact or reach its owner, such as: address, email, land phone, mobile phone, among others.
- Labor Data
- Job position
- Work address
- Institutional email
- Institutional telephone
That allow contacting the owner of the data to carry out the claim adjusting process.
- Data on physical characteristics related to physiognomy, anatomy, features or specific particularities such as: skin, iris or hair color; particular signs; height, weight, complexion, scars, blood type, among others, will not be requested.
- Academic data
- Professional license.
- Economic or financial data
- Bank accounts
- Insurance policy
- Financial statements
We will not use or store sensitive personal data such as: ideological data, data on political opinions, data on trade union membership, health data, data on sex life, data on ethnic or racial origin.

Insurers and Reinsurers with which R&G Espinosa International and its affiliated companies have signed a contract for the handling of claims. | In order to enable insurers and reinsurers to have all the information of their insured (Clients) and may complete the settlement processes of each of their claims. |
You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, what we use it for, and the terms of use we give it (Access). Likewise, it is your right to request the correction of your personal information in case it is outdated, inaccurate or incomplete (Rectification); that we delete it from our records or databases when you consider that it is not being used in accordance with the principles, duties and obligations provided for in the regulations (Cancellation); as well as to oppose the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Opposition). You may revoke the consent you have given us for the processing of your personal data.
