R&G Espinosa International Adjusters has created a specialized independent unit for the risks inherent to the Hospitality Industry by integrating management, control and adjustment services for each case. This business unit is strategically located in Cancun, Mexico.
Our Risk Handling Unit receives technical support from our Financial Lines and General Liability Divisions. This provides our clients with an integrated Risk
analysis relating to General Liability Risks for the Hospitality Industry. This enables our Team to recommend efficient solutions from the claims perspective, as well as risk mitigation for locally occurring events, arising from local and Globally related claims.
Our team’s experience in the management of these losses has strengthened our claims offering in this area. This has enabled us to focus on the handling and the adjustment of claims from a technical standpoint, such as analysis of the risk for the purpose of recommending activities which the Insured should undertake in order to mitigate the risks for future losses.
Our claims offering to our clients in these cases, includes the following services:

Teamwork in conjunction with the Insured.

Constant dialogue with the personnel responsible for the loss management locally.

Orientation as to what should be done in case of a Loss event.

Delivery of Procedures Manuals including investigation and statements forms.

Creation of loss statistics including causes, area of occurrence, age and demographic of third parties (for the U.S. the additional information on the State is also detailed).

High-level communication with the insured to report on risk threats, compliance omissions on construction or Civil Protection regulations to attend and control risk creating a decrease in vulnerability.

Preparation of Bordereaux and Composite Reports updated monthly and reviewed with the Insurer, Insured and Brokers.
